What to include in your request
- Your device model
- Your Android version
- The Hifz Hero app version
- The steps that led to the problem
- Screenshots, if helpful, with personal data removed or hidden
Installation help
- Download the APK only from hifzhero.org.
- “App not installed”: check free storage and download again.
- Parse error: download again and compare the SHA-256 checksum.
- Blocked by Play Protect: do not disable Play Protect. Contact support.

Account and sync
- Check that your device is connected to the internet.
- Sign in with the same account you used before.
- If you were offline, reconnect and allow the app to sync.
