## What to include in your request

 * Your device model
 * Your Android version
 * The Hifz Hero app version
 * The steps that led to the problem
 * Screenshots, if helpful, with personal data removed or hidden

## Installation help

 * Download the APK only from hifzhero.org.
 * “App not installed”: check free storage and download again.
 * Parse error: download again and compare the SHA-256 checksum.
 * Blocked by Play Protect: do not disable Play Protect. Contact support.

## Account and sync

 * Check that your device is connected to the internet.
 * Sign in with the same account you used before.
 * If you were offline, reconnect and allow the app to sync.
